Our Services
The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and related bathroom, breakfast, use of tv and air conditioners.
Amenities
For stays of at least 6 nights, the room will be cleaned after the third night of stay.
Extraordinary linen change and extraordinary cleaning are not included in the price and require the payment of an additional 10€ per service.

Guests need to check-out by 10:00 AM
Please note that on the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and delivery to new arrivals. Upon departure, please leave the keys inside the room.

Guests can enter and benefit of the breakfast area from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
In the rooms it is always forbidden to prepare and consume meals, in the kitchen it is also forbidden to use the stove. We also remind our guests that smoking is strictly forbidden inside the premises.
